Quality of Service has long been the focus of communications researchers worldwide. Since 1993, IWQoS has established itself as a highly reputable forum to present novel ideas on all QoS-related subjects. IWQoS 2023 sets the goal to continue to be a premier symposium and an international forum for presentation and discussion of cutting-edge research in the field. The scope of IWQoS 2023 covers both newest theoretical and experimental research papers.

IEEE/ACM IWQoS 2023 is an affiliated conference of ACM Federated Computing Research Conference (FCRC) 2023. The technical program for each affiliated conference of ACM FCRC 2023 is independently administered, with each responsible for its own meeting’s structure, content, and proceedings. To the extent facilities allow, attendees are free to attend technical sessions of other affiliated conferences being held at the same time as their “home” conference.
